Hopeless, frustrated, and existing was how I saw myself -

and I’m sure you can relate to those feelings, and you’ve had to overcome hard times too. It’s by no means fun to experience, but God promises He has a plan for us.

All good things come from God and He uses everything we experience for the good. Maybe you’ve felt shameful about choices you’ve made in your past. Perhaps you’ve experienced loss that seems unfair. Or you might feel like there’s a void in your life but you’re not sure what’s missing.

For me, partnering with God’s truths and over 3 decades has lead to an increase in personal, mental, and spiritual health, and it has empowered me to impact other women like you.

I know that transforming your life inside, outside, or both, can seem too hard and perhaps even impossible, especially when you don’t even know how or where to start. How? Because I’ve been exactly where you are today.

Three decades ago I fell in love with all things healthy.

I’m passionate about natural and spiritual health, nourishing food and people, who

and what I surround my life with, intentional thoughts and words spoken,

challenging emotional responses, and removing what doesn’t serve my best life

well.

I’ve adopted the concept that I am a Gatekeeper and I intentionally choose what

creates a better normal in my own life.
